Refund policy
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The following conditions for the return and cancellation of orders shall apply without prejudice to the rights that legally belong to you.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may change your mind and cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products. If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund you:
- the full purchase price
- the expenses related to the shipment of the products to your attention
Provided that you have previously returned the products from your order to us in perfect condition, unused, and within the established return period. If you do not return the products to us, or if they are returned used, damaged, or outside of the legal return period, we reserve the right to charge you for the products or the expenses incurred in their recovery.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND INCORRECT DELIVERIES
You may (i) exchange your products, or (ii) receive a full refund if the products from your order are damaged or defective upon receipt, or if the products you receive are not the ones you originally requested.
To do this, we need you to return the products to us in perfect condition along with the delivery documentation for your order. If you do not return the products to us, we must charge you for the price of the products.
Exchange:
When you exchange damaged or defective products or an incorrect order, we will send you replacement items free of charge provided that you have previously returned the products from the order to us in the condition in which you received them.
You can return the products, along with the delivery documentation, by bringing them or sending them by mail. Please note that this documentation is necessary to qualify for free return. The refund of your money is made in the same payment method that was used when placing the order.
The estimated time for your refund is 14 days.
Shipping by mail/carrier:
Gather the Delivery Documentation (What you need to send):
- Delivery Documentation with the Delivery Number
- The products you wish to return.
Remember:
- Your package may take up to 7 days to reach us.
- The returned items will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt (excluding Saturdays).
- Be sure to package the products correctly; if they arrive damaged (as a result of the return shipping), we will not be able to process the return.
- You may use a shipping company that offers tracking and insurance to ensure that the products reach us safely.
How to return the products
To return the products to us, you can send them to the following address:

To return the products, you will need the following information:
- A copy of your Order Confirmation email indicating your Operation Reference Number
- Delivery documentation including your Delivery Number
If you return the products by mail/carrier, please note that:
- Your package may take up to 7 days to reach us;
- The returned products will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt (excluding Saturdays);
- You must take necessary precautions when packaging the package and sending it to us by mail so that the products do not suffer damage during transit;
- You must obtain and retain the transport receipt until you receive the refund or exchange.
Refunds
The refund of your money is made in the same payment method that was used when placing the order.
The estimated time for your refund is 3 to 15 business days (please note that depending on your bank, this period may be longer) from the date we received the products you returned.
