Terms of service
Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions of sale to which you are bound when using the online store "P SHIGINOLFI SL". The terms and conditions set forth below will apply to your use of P SHIGINOLFI SL and to all purchases made through it.
These Conditions will govern the contractual relationship between you and P SIGHINOLFI SL, with registered office at CARRER JOSEP ANGUERA I SALA 2, CASA 6, 08950 ESPLUGUES DE LLOBREGAT (BARCELONA), Spain, registered in the Special Regime of Self-Employed Workers with 23817972T (hereinafter referred to as "P SIGHINOLFI SL").

Purchase of Products from P SIGHINOLFI SL
You may only purchase products:
- That are available for sale and whose details appear on P SIGHINOLFI SL.
- With delivery in Spain.
P SIGHINOLFI SL reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion (for example, when it believes that the order in question is intended to be subsequently sold through means other than the distribution channels authorized by P SIGHINOLFI SL).
The details of products available for purchase (including their corresponding price) are specified on P SIGHINOLFI SL.
P SIGHINOLFI SL will take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on P SIGHINOLFI SL are correct when the information is included on P SIGHINOLFI SL. Although we will use all means at our disposal to keep the P SIGHINOLFI SL store as up-to-date as possible, the information specified at a given time may not always reflect the exact situation when you place an order.
Placing Orders to Purchase Products and Conclusion of the Sales Contract:
- Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, those products will be added to the shopping basket.
- At the end of the checkout process, you can access the order summary page where you can identify and correct any information errors.
- At the end of the order summary page, you can place the order by accessing the Paypal payment gateway, indicating your credit card, or using the Klarna platform.
- Once the payment process is completed, P SIGHINOLFI SL will send you an email confirming receipt of your product order, which does not constitute automatic acceptance on our part of your order.
- P SIGHINOLFI SL will send you a second email accepting your product order and confirming that the products you have requested will be sent to you ("Shipping Confirmation").
- and P SIGHINOLFI SL will have entered into a sales contract for the products requested by you once we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation email and in any case, however, when you receive the mentioned products.
- The sales contract may be entered into in Spanish.
- The text of the sales contract will be included in the Shipping Confirmation email and will be stored by P SIGHINOLFI SL although it will not be accessible to the Customer after the conclusion of the contract.
P SIGHINOLFI SL may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process the order, or may not be able to proceed with such processing, in the following cases, without limitation:
- When the product requested by you has ceased to be manufactured or is not available;
- When Paypal or the entity does not authorize payment of the purchase price;
- When you do not meet the criteria for placing orders specified at the beginning of this section.
Delivery Conditions
The delivery of the order will be made within a maximum of 5-10 business days depending on stock availability through the courier service selected by the customer. However, it is possible that the delivery can take a few more days than usual because of logistics.
Delivery Impossibility
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to have it sent again. If you will not be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day. If 30 days have passed since your order was shipped and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will assume that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved. As a result of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer) without undue delay and in any case within a maximum period of 14 days from the date we consider the contract resolved. Please note that transportation resulting from the resolution may incur additional costs, so we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs to you. This clause does not apply to virtual gift cards, the delivery of which will be governed by the provisions of the Gift Card Usage Conditions and by the provisions of the previous clause 9.
Payment Conditions
You can pay through a Paypal account, by credit card payment, or with the Klarna platform.
Payment is completely secure.
General Provisions
PAOLA SHIGINOLFI reserves the right to:
- Modify or cancel, temporarily or permanently, the service provided through P SIGHINOLFI SL with or without notice. P SIGHINOLFI SL will not be liable to you or to third parties for such modification or cancellation;
- If, despite the modification of the Terms and Conditions and/or the Delivery Conditions, you continue to use the service provided through P SIGHINOLFI SL after such modification, it will be considered that you have consented to such change. You will be responsible for regularly checking the Conditions to determine if any changes have occurred. If you do not agree with any modification of the Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the P SIGHINOLFI SL service.
- In the event that P SIGHINOLFI SL modifies these Conditions, your order will be subject to the Conditions in force on the date and time you placed your order. You may request a copy of the current version of the Conditions via email to the address: info@paolasighinolfi.com
If any part of the Terms and Conditions is declared illegal or unenforceable, the affected provision will be deemed deleted, with the remaining provisions of said Terms and Conditions remaining in full force and effect.
The sales contract entered into between you and our company will be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to the Terms and Conditions must be resolved in the courts of the place where you reside.
Refund and cancellation policy
The conditions for the return and cancellation of the order indicated below will apply without prejudice to the rights legally available to you.
Cancellation of order
You may change your mind and cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the products. If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund you:
- the full purchase price
- the expenses related to the shipment of the products to your attention
Provided that you have previously returned the products from your order in perfect condition. If you do not return the products to us, we will have the right to charge you for the products or the expenses incurred in their recovery.
Damaged or defective products and incorrect deliveries
You may (i) exchange your products, or (ii) obtain a full refund if such products from the order are damaged or defective upon receipt, or if the products you receive are not those originally requested.
To do this, we need you to return the products in perfect condition and the delivery documentation of your order. If you do not return the products to us, we must charge you for their price.
Exchange:
When exchanging damaged or defective products or an incorrect order, we will send you replacement items free of charge provided that you have previously returned the products from the order in the condition in which you received them.
You can return the products, along with the delivery documentation, by bringing them or sending them by mail. Please note that this documentation is necessary to benefit from the free return. Your refund will be processed using the same payment method used when placing the order.
The estimated time for your refund is 14 days.

Remember:
- It may take up to 7 days for us to receive your shipment.
- Returned items will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt (excluding Saturdays).
- Make sure to package the products correctly; if they arrive damaged (as a result of the return shipment), we will not be able to process the return.
- You may use a transport company that offers shipment tracking, as well as insurance, to ensure that the products reach us correctly.
How to return the products
To return the products to us, you can send them to the following address:
The cost of return transport outside spain is borne by the customer.
In case of product exchange, we will bear the shipping costs.

To return the products, you will need the following information:
- A copy of your Order Confirmation email indicating your Operation Reference Number
- Delivery documentation including your Delivery Number
If you return the products by mail/carrier, please note that:
- Your package may take up to 7 days to reach us;
- The returned products will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt;
- You must take the necessary precautions when packing the package and sending it to us by mail so that the products are not damaged during transit;
- You must obtain and retain the transportation receipt until you receive the refund or exchange.
Refunds
The cost of return transport outside spain is borne by the customer.
Your refund will be processed using the same payment method used when placing the order.
The estimated time for your refund is 3 to 15 business days (please note that depending on your bank, this period may be longer) from the date we receive the returned products.
